Seeking a WordPress expert to offer some pro-bono assistance

On Our Radar is looking for pro-bono support to refresh the themes used across our microsites

On Our Radar is a non-profit women-led organisation, founded ten years ago to amplify the voices of marginalised communities so their stories and insight can inform public conversations and drive change.

We supported many of our community and charity partners to co-create their own microsites to capture and share these powerful stories of lived experience (partners include the British Red Cross, Groundswell UK, the Fairtrade Foundation, Real, and many others).

We have a WordPress Theme which has had a lot of expert time and care taken to ensure it is fully accessible for those living with disabilities. We are now looking to future-proof this theme to ensure that it can be used sustainably by our partners over the coming years. 

We are looking for someone with a solid and proven understanding of WordPress, custom themes and website accessibility.

We are open to taking guidance and direction, and working collaboratively to ensure that our microsite storytelling platforms remain flexible, sustainable and engaging for our community partners and the audiences they reach.

It is critically important for our partners but unfortunately not something we have been able to secure funding to support, which is why we are hoping to find someone to offer their pro-bono expertise.If you are interested in supporting us through these updates, please reach out to info@onourradar.org
